Purchase your dream condo in Brickell, Miami
Looking for Brickell condos for sale? Aren’t aware of where to start, if there are better areas than others, or what your money can buy? Perhaps you are wondering what the best buildings are, and which to avoid. This Miami Real Estate guide is for you!
Why Brickell instead of other Miami neighborhoods?
When quickly checking google for luxury real estate in Miami, it is only natural that you will very quickly discover Brickell, and nearby neighborhoods like Coconut Grove, Fisher Island, The South of Fifth (SOFI) on Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, and the Venetian Islands. Brickell Miami is a highly desirable area to purchase property in due to its prime location and wealth of attractions. Strolling down Brickell Ave, compared to other neighborhoods in Miami, Brickell provides an impressive array of amenities and features that are hard to find elsewhere. From world-class shopping at Mary Brickell Center and dining to affordable luxurious high-rise condos like 1010 Brickell with stunning views and quality square footage, Brickell has something for everyone. Whether you’re seeking a rental apartment or a condo to purchase, this guide will help you find the perfect property in Brickell Miami.
Ease of Access to Transportation Domestic and Abroad:
Transportation can be the main factor when considering where you want to buy Brickell condos. While Brickell, Miami can be congested during rush hour like most big cities, its proximity to Miami International Airport can’t be beaten if you want to live in the action and be reasonably close to Miami Beach. The metro rail gives easy access throughout many important parts of Miami, which is amazingly useful during high-traffic times while also going directly to Miami International Airport.
Need to head to Palm Beach County? If you don’t feel like dealing with the stress of the highway on your way up to Palm Beach or Boca Raton, you can easily jump on the Bright Line Train and be there in no time with access to quality internet, comfort, and relaxing adult beverages to take the edge off.
Work and Play in NYC and Miami with Ease
If you’re like me and work and live in both NYC and Florida, then living in Miami is a no-brainer. A commercial flight from Miami to NYC can be done in just over two hours. Utilizing a private jet makes the trip that much easier. “Hacking” the commercial airline security bottleneck by expediting security through combining TSA Pre-Check, Global Entry, and Clear I can cut my security-check time down to about 5 minutes and be on the ground in NYC by 8:30 AM, and easily be in a conference by 9:30-10:00 AM (depending on if I did a quick work-out or simply freshened up at Equinox). After crushing a full day of meetings and catching lunch with a friend, being back for dinner that evening is completely doable. Sometimes, I skip dinner and simply land in Miami, take a car to the beach, and decompress with my feet in the sand as the music of the waves washes the day away. Frankly, working on the plane with so few distractions is wonderful especially when you know you’re going to either land in NYC or Miami and have some of the best food and entertainment in the world.
Miami is a Beach Lover’s and Boater’s Paradise
If you’re like many of us, tired from grueling weeks of non-stop demands, you may consider making finding respite upon the water part of your ritual while living in South East Florida. You can go deep sea diving and navigate to peace while sailing, fishing, power boating, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more all within minutes with ease year-round.
Miami, a jet setter’s haven, is an International Travel Hub of the World
Head over to a Caribbean Island like Turks and Caicos, and pop over to Tulum, Costa Rica, or other beautiful Central American locations in under two hours. Visit Brazil on a direct flight and be in Sao Paolo in just over 8 hours. With the exception of some areas of Texas, nowhere in the United States makes the Caribbean, Central America, and South America easier to get to than Miami.
What are the advantages of buying a condo in Brickell?
When compared to properties for sale nearby, there are many advantages to living in Brickell Miami, including its convenient proximity to downtown and access to all the city’s amenities, such as world-class shopping, dining and entertainment. Additionally, many apartments and condos provide stunning views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay. Finally, purchasing a condo in this area is often more affordable than buying a single-family home.
Do you want privacy or convenience and ease?
Buying a single-family house is quite different than choosing a condo for investment. When looking for property in Brickell or a sale nearby, choosing a condominium depends on several different factors aside from your personal needs. What do you need? Will an efficiency (studio apartment) do? Or are you looking for a 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed or something larger with a waterfront bathroom overlooking Brickell bay dr like a townhouse in the sky?
Be aware of the terrain, Miami real estate has local nuances not to be ignored.
This may be obvious, however, if you are an international buyer make sure to convert your metric and imperial units correctly when looking at the total size of the units you considering purchasing! Not all condo apartments are the same in the Brickell area, to say the least, and knowing what you need will help you narrow down the options and make your search much more efficient.

Are condos in Brickell, Miami a good investment?
For many moving to Miami from larger cities, the prices of Miami real estate feel highly undervalued. Coming from New York City, where a condo with three bedrooms overlooking the water in any decent building starts at $3 Million, finding comparable properties in excellent buildings anywhere near $1 Million feels like a steal they don’t want to miss! With little new construction available in Brickell Miami and surrounding areas and very little free land to build the square footage prices looks like they will continue to climb for years to come as we await new development to solve what some would call a housing crisis. All Miami real estate market signals seem to be pointing up.
